Women are consistently told to “do your kegels” and how they are beneficial for the proper function of the pelvic floor. Well even through my 3 pregnancies and beyond, I don’t always remember to do them. Here is a great article by Nicole Crawford that gives us a better option for strengthening the pelvic floor, glutes and much more. Who doesn’t love a two-for-one, or a three-for-one exercise?
