My First Vlog! For the Moms!

This is one of many Home Workouts that busy moms can use to stay strong and healthy.  This one is for legs and abdominals.  Remember, if you don’t feel the burn, you are waisting your time!  Start with 3 sets of 15 repetitions and adjust according to your personal fitness level.
